Urban's has experience both in new construction of hospital interiors and in the renovation of existing hospital spaces. Our superintendents and craft workers are familiar with the procedures necessary to work in and around sensitive patient care areas. We understand the need to have renovated areas completed quickly with a minimum of disruption.
Because we act as a general contractor for interior spaces we offer the owner the advantages of having a responsive, single source for all work: partitions, electrical, mechanical, floors and ceilings. |

This electro cardiology lab was carved out of existing space surrounded on all sides by existing patient care and lab areas that could not be disrupted. We finished ahead of schedule - and even had time to add special storage areas to an adjoining lab as a last minute request by the owner. |
