Urban's carpenters kept pace with the frantic 24-hour-a-day schedule of a working newsroom during the demolition and rebuilding of editorial offices at the Detroit News. New construction, including the managing editor's suite shown here, was carefully matched to the original design, with paneling and doors custom-made by our carpenters to reproduce vintage materials. |
